### Terms of Subscription Renewal
Mind Mastery Membership Subscriptions automatically renew monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or yearly at the stated retail price upon signup, until you notify Mesmer LLC of your intent to cancel. Refer to the Refund Policy and Subscription Cancellations section above.
### Termination of Membership
Mesmer LLC is committed to providing a positive program experience and reserves the right to terminate any program at its discretion. We may terminate, limit, suspend, or restrict your participation in the Program without refund if you:
- Become disruptive to Mesmer LLC or other participants.
- Fail to follow Program guidelines.
- Are difficult to work with or impair others’ participation.
- Violate these Terms, as determined by Mesmer LLC.
- Are deemed not a good fit for the Program.
Upon termination, you will lose access to Mind Mastery, any training platform, or its content, and remain liable for the total contract amount.
All Mesmer LLC forums or groups must focus on self-improvement and development topics only. No drama or excuses are permitted.
### Accounts
During registration or account creation on our platforms, you will provide or receive login credentials and certain personally identifying information (e.g., email, phone number, billing address, or payment information, as applicable). This information must be accurate and current.
The benefits, rights, and obligations under these Terms are personal to you and cannot be assigned, sublicensed, transferred, sold, leased, rented, lent, or otherwise disposed of. You agree not to:
